Image Quality

Images are shot in a number of formats including 35mm Slide/Transparency, Digital RAW, JPEG and TIFF. I prefer not to manipulate images, foregoing the so called benefits of filters and Photoshop packages and trying to keep things as natural as possible. However I do use two filters in particular, polarizers and the 81A, B and C series of warm up filters. Therefore if you choose to buy you can be assured of getting an almost exact copy of what I photographed on the day.

Any reproductions you order are supplied direct from Peak Imaging Ltd who are a leading UK company in the photographic imaging world. It is a company I have used extensively over the years and I fully recommend their services to anyone whether amateur or professional.

There is a choice of either Matt or Gloss finish to the prints. If you wish to display under framed glass then I would recommend a Matt finish to reduce glare. Images are mostly sent un-mounted as many people like to chose what frames and mounts goes best with the room decor (as well as the picture). Whilst I can also provide the images mounted and framed/glassed it is not advisable due to the possibility of breakage/damage in transit, much better for you to select your own frame in your own time.

Any image bought from the website has been checked for an accurate reproduction of the original image.Whilst every effort has been undertaken to ensure the images displayed on the website are as accurate a representation of the original as possible, individual monitors may display colour tones and shading that may not be a totally true representation of the original image you receive

Quality of digital images can vary with size of re-print ordered, I shall advise accordingly of the most appropriate size of re-print if there is an issue with the requested print and likely quality.

Prices are quoted inclusive of Postage and Packing for UK orders, for EU and overseas please contact me for costs. Allow 14 - 21 days for delivery of prints as they have to go via the Photo Lab Should you wish a quicker turn around please contact me for additional costs

How to Order

As you peruse the site please select your print/s and make a note of the reference number underneath the print, go to the Contact Me tab on the navigation bar where you can simply state your requirements ensuring you enter the print reference number, size, finish (Gloss or Matt), and the delivery address, as soon as I have this I will contact you to give you details to pursue your order.

At this point in time I can only accept orders payable by cheque

Other Services

Corporate customers, marketing and publicity images can be supplied either in Digital jpeg/tiff files on disc or as original slides on a use and return basis. You must have an insurance policy to cover any damages that may occur whilst the slides are in your possession. For further information please contact me for a range of prices and details. The images on this site are by no means exhaustive I have a stock library of over 8,000 images. If you don,t see it please ask, if I don,t have it I can get it, for a commission fee.
